Lidia Petrunas is a valued member of our team with more than 26 years of local experience as a real estate professional. Lidia is well-known for her extensive knowledge, caring customer service and “client first” approach. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients are fully satisfied with all aspects of their real estate sale or purchase.

Before becoming involved in real estate, Lidia worked with a wide range of clients including seniors and was instrumental in meeting their specialized housing needs. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Lidia has expertise counseling clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved with relocating, refinancing or selling the family home, which can be an emotional process for many.

The SRES designation is an important one as it indicates that Lidia has the training and expertise to walk clients through life transitions with sensitivity, respect, and expertise. Lidia has a unique understanding of the needs of older clients and their adult children; from downsizing to making the move to a retirement community, Lidia has the experience to ensure a smooth transition.

In addition to SRES, Lidia has also received recognition as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). The SRS designation recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills associated with providing professional and ethical representation for their clients. This is a stamp of approval that shows you're in good hands!

Fully fluent in English and Italian, Lidia's community connections and background allow her to connect with a diverse range of homeowners, business-owners, industrial and commercial real estate investors. When she is not working, Lidia enjoys volunteering with many local agencies to give back to the Hamilton / Halton community.

Before becoming a real estate professional, John Zanon worked as a licensed contractor for more than 30 years; experience which gives the PZ Realty Team and our clients a unique advantage: the advice of both a real estate professional and a contractor. John provides clients with insight about repairs that are needed to sell a house, or areas of concern when buying.

Getting your home ready to list is one of the biggest challenges for most homeowners. John understands this challenge and is ready to provide you with advice on prioritizing your to-do list. Plus, in a market where reliable contractors are hard to come by, John has a wide network of professionals on hand to help. John's goal is to reduce the stress associated with selling or buying a home by helping clients determine what they need to do and how. Not every real estate professional is able to provide their clients with the advice of a contractor, at no extra charge.

Having built a successful construction business while investing in local real estate, becoming a real estate professional was a natural next step for John. He was born in Hamilton and resides in the greater Hamilton area with his family. John enjoys serving a diverse range of sellers and buyers, whether it be residential or commercial real estate. He is also fluent in Italian.

John is focused on using his unique expertise to simplify the real estate experience. He puts clients first, listens to their needs, and helps them overcome hurdles to maximize the value of their property.

Frank Angelone is a true pioneer in the real estate industry, beginning his real estate career in 1976 with RE/MAX Del Mar, which merged and became RE/MAX Escarpment in 2011.

Frank's experience and knowledge, combined with his integrity and professionalism have granted him a very successful career. He has lived through, and helped his clients cope with all of the ups and downs of the housing market over the years. In January 2018, Frank received recognition for 40 years as a member of the REALTORS Association of Hamilton-Burlington. His breadth of experience has included assembling parcels of land for high-rise condominiums, townhouses and single residential homes. He also has valuable understanding of the intricacies of selling industrial, commercial and farm land.

Frank immigrated from Italy at the age of nineteen with no English speaking experience, and through hard work and perseverance, he was able to create a successful, thriving life for himself in Canada. Married at twenty four, he planted his roots in Hamilton-Burlington and he is the proud father of two, who have given him four grandchildren.

His other love? Soccer! Soccer is in Frank's blood. Playing and watching soccer was a regular occurrence growing up. Of course, since making his home in Canada, hockey has also seeped into his veins, and you can watch him cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs with other fans.
